A cause for hope for those among us who want to see Roe vs. Wade challenged and hopefully overturned for a more sane law regarding abortion.

The legislation, passed by the state senate but yet to be signed by the governor into law, provides an excemption for cases where "the fetus dies during a doctor's attempt to save the mother's life."
